1. About HOWSTEAD

HOWSTEAD creates and sells digital guides, playbooks, systems, templates, prompts, and other educational resources designed to make useful information easier to understand and put to work.

Products sold by HOWSTEAD are digital products unless specifically stated otherwise. No physical product will be shipped.

After successful payment, digital products are delivered electronically through a download link or other digital delivery method provided during or after checkout.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the device, software, and internet connection necessary to download and use your purchase.

3. Purchases and Payment

Payment must be successfully completed before access to a purchased digital product is provided.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual property to you.

  • Remove or obscure copyright, branding, or ownership notices.

  • Purchase a single-user product for use by multiple members of a team, brokerage, company, organization, or other group where a separate multi-user license is required.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases are licensed to one purchaser. Team, brokerage, organizational, classroom, or other multi-user rights are not included.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website, HOWSTEAD branding, product designs, written materials, graphics, downloadable files, original frameworks, and other original content made available by HOWSTEAD are owned by HOWSTEAD or used under appropriate license and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants permission to use HOWSTEAD's name, logos, product artwork, or other brand assets for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

6. AI-Related Products and Content

Some HOWSTEAD products provide information, prompts, frameworks, or systems intended for use with artificial intelligence tools.
